DESCRIPTION:Saturday\, June 27th\, 2020\n(scroll down for English) \n«Το Εκστατικό Σώμα»\, 1ο Εισαγωγικό – Ενημερωτικό Σεμινάριο \nΕκπαιδευτές: Mε τους Atithi & Kalpita \n\n\nΑυτοτελές εισαγωγικό σεμινάριο με πολύ περιορισμένο αριθμό θέσεων 10-14 άτομα. Για αυτό σας προτείνουμε όλοι να φέρετε κάποιον δικό σας άνθρωπο είτε σύντροφο\, είτε κάποιον φίλο ή γνωστό με τον οποίο έχετε μια οικειότητα. Μπορεί να είναι και του ίδιου φύλου. Πράγματι προσπαθήστε να βρείτε κάποιον και μην το αφήνετε στην τύχη. Μπορείτε βέβαια να έρθετε και μόνοι σας και θα δουλέψετε με κάποιον συμμαθητή/τρια αλλά λόγω των καταστάσεων ίσως αυτό να είναι δύσκολο. Σε κάθε περίπτωση δηλώστε το κατά την εγγραφή σας\, εάν έρχεστε ατομικά ή με κάποιον. \n**** Τα εισαγωγικά είναι σεμινάρια γνωριμίας. Ελάτε στα εισαγωγικά ακόμα και εάν δεν συμμετέχετε εξ΄ ολοκλήρου ή τμηματικά στον ετήσιο κύκλο μαθημάτων. \n****Σε αυτό το σεμινάριο φορέστε άνετα ρούχα που σας εκφράζουν\, φέρτε ένα μπουκάλι νερό και σημειωματάριο. \n****Τα σεμινάρια θα πραγματοποιηθούν στην Αγγλική γλώσσα με Ελληνική μετάφραση \n**** Τα σεμινάρια είτε είναι τα εισαγωγικά είτε οι κύκλοι σπουδών ΕΙΝΑΙ ΑΝΟΙΚΤΑ ΣΕ ΟΛΟΥΣ ανεξαρτήτως εμπειρίας\, φύλου\, ηλικίας\, κουλτούρας\, θρησκείας\, ερωτικού προσανατολισμού\, επαγγέλματος ή κοινωνική θέσης. Μπορείτε να έρθετε όλοι είτε έχετε ή δεν έχετε σύντροφο\, βρισκόμενοι σε οποιαδήποτε σχέση γάμου\, συντροφική σχέση\, φιλική σχέση ή ακόμη και εάν είστε μόνοι ή θέλετε να παραμείνετε μόνοι.\n\n****Αυτό το σεμινάριο είναι ενημερωτικό και εισαγωγικό και έτσι οι ασκήσεις θα περιλαμβάνουν τρόπους ψυχικής και συναισθηματικής σύνδεσης με τον εαυτό σας και το ζευγάρι σας. Δεν περιλαμβάνουν συγκεκριμένες ερωτικές τεχνικές. Περιλαμβάνουν ομαδικές και ατομικές ασκήσεις εξοικείωσης\, ανοίγματος και αλληλεπίδρασης. Κανένας δεν θα υποχρεωθεί ποτέ να υπερβεί τα όρια που θεωρεί ότι είναι ασφαλή γι αυτόν. \n\n****Στα σεμινάρια: \n– Θα μάθετε γιατί η ερωτική έκφραση είναι ιερή. \n– Θα βιώσετε την αίσθηση του ανοίγματος και της ελεύθερη έκφρασης του ψυχικού και συναισθηματικού δυναμικού σας. \n– Θα αναγνωρίσετε τη λαχτάρα σας για αυθεντικότητα\, παιχνίδι\, χαλάρωση\, κατανόηση και επικοινωνία με τον εαυτό σας και τον σύντροφό σας.  \n– Θα μάθετε πώς να απορρίπτετε ξεπερασμένες πεποιθήσεις σχετικά με τον έρωτα από το γενεαλογικό σας δέντρο\, την κοινωνία\, την πολιτισμική παράδοση ή την θρησκεία. \n– Θα βελτιώσετε την ικανότητά σας να εντοπίσετε και να προσελκύσετε έναν κατάλληλο σύντροφο ή να διατηρήσετε μια υπάρχουσα σχέση. \n– Θα μάθετε μη λεκτικές τεχνικές επικοινωνίας και σύνδεσης με τον εαυτό σας και με έναν σύντροφο. \n– Θα μάθετε πώς να είστε ο εαυτός σας και παράλληλα να διατηρείτε την σύνδεση με τον σύντροφό σας. \n– Θα αρχίσετε να ζείτε ως αγάπη παρά για την αγάπη. \n– Θα μάθετε πώς να διατηρείτε την ερωτική σας έκφραση μέσα στην οικογένεια και πώς να εκπαιδεύσετε τα παιδιά σας στην αληθινή τους ερωτική τους έκφραση.\n\n****Τα σεμινάρια είναι ανοιχτά και απευθύνονται: \n-Σε όλους όσους θέλουν να εκλεπτύνουν\, να εξερευνήσουν και να εμβαθύνουν στην φυσική δύναμη για αγάπη\, συμπόνια\, ένωση και δημιουργία που έχει ο άνθρωπος και εκφράζεται μέσα από την ερωτική και συντροφική συσχέτιση. \n–  Σε όσους θέλουν να συνεχίσουν να βιώνουν τον έρωτα χωρίς προκαταλήψεις και να αυξήσουν και να διατηρούν την ζωτική τους ενέργεια. \n-Σε νεαρούς/ρες ενήλικες που θέλουν να βάλουν μια ουσιαστική και αληθινή βάση στην ερωτική και συντροφική τους ζωή. \n-Σε ζευγάρια που θέλουν να βιώσουν μια ουσιαστική και βαθιά εμπειρία\, μια καινούργια διάσταση στην σχέση τους. Έχουν τη δύναμη να φτάσουν βαθιά στο παρελθόν για να θεραπεύσουν συναισθηματικές πληγές και παρελθόντα τραύματα σε ατομικό και συλλογικό επίπεδο\, ενώ παράλληλα ξεκλειδώνουν το ανθρώπινο δυναμικό μας για έκσταση\, αλήθεια\, ένωση και αυτοπραγμάτωση. Λαθεμένα η Τάντρα έχει συνδεθεί μόνο με ερωτικές τεχνικές ή το Καμασούτρα. \n\nΗ Τάντρα είναι αρχαίο φιλοσοφικό σύστημα που αναπτύχθηκε στην Ινδία και ενσωματώθηκε και από το Βουδισμό. Και οι δύο αυτές σχολές χρησιμοποιούνται για να ισορροπήσει ο άνθρωπος σε όλους τους τομείς της καθημερινής του ζωής και είναι ευρέως διαδεδομένα σε όλο τον κόσμο σαν μονοπάτια αυτογνωσίας και διαλογισμού.\n  \nKατ΄ επέκταση μπορούν να χρησιμοποιηθούν και στον πιο ιερό τομέα της ανθρώπινης φύσης που είναι η συντροφική ένωση. Η βαθύτερη λαχτάρα του Ιερού Έρωτα είναι να ανοίξει την πόρτα σε ένα απρόσκοπτο ανθρώπινο δυναμικό\, ώστε να γίνει αυτή η ζωή έργο τέχνης. \n~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ \nΟ στόχος και το όραμα μας: \nΘέλουμε να δημιουργήσουμε στην Ελλάδα μια οργανωμένη σχολή που θα εργάζεται με συστηματικό και σοβαρό τρόπο ώστε να δημιουργηθεί και το αντίστοιχο αποτέλεσμα. Όραμα μας είναι να ξεκινήσουμε μια νέα γενεά που θα περιλαμβάνει όλες τις ηλικίες και τα πεδία της ανθρώπινης ζωής στα οποία επιδρούν οι έννοιες του έρωτα\, των σχέσεων και της οικογένειας. Θέλουμε να εισάγουμε έναν γεμάτο φρεσκάδα\, νέο τρόπο να βιώσει ο άνθρωπος τη δική του δημιουργικότητα\, ζωτικότητα και ερωτική έκφραση! \nΓεννιόμαστε μέσω της ερωτικής πράξης και\, είτε το απολαμβάνουμε είτε το καταπιέζουμε\, η ερωτική έκφραση\, η ρομαντικότητα και η συντροφικότητα είναι μια μόνιμη παρουσία στη ζωή μας. Όμως σε όλες τις εποχές η ερωτική έκφραση\, είτε έχει τονιστεί υπερβολικά\, είτε έχει εντελώς καταπιεστεί από διάφορες θρησκευτικές\, κοινωνικές ή πολιτισμικές αρνητικές πεποιθήσεις. \nΠιστεύουμε ότι η σειρά αυτών των σεμιναρίων έτσι όπως είναι δομημένα και μακροχρόνια θα δώσουν την ευκαιρία να απαλλαγεί από την διαστρέβλωση\, την άγνοια\, την προκατάληψη\, τα ταμπού και την κακοποίηση η πιο αγνή ενέργεια της ανθρώπινης ύπαρξης που είναι η αγάπη και η ένωση\, δηλαδή ο Έρωτας. Πιστεύουμε ότι αυτό θα συμβάλει στην παγκόσμια ειρήνη\, αλληλοσεβασμό των δυο φύλων και των ανθρώπινων βασικών αναγκών για αγάπη και αλληλοκατανόηση. \n************************************************************** \nΗ ομάδα μας \nΣυναντηθήκαμε φέτος\, το 2020\, με κοινό όραμα την ανθρώπινη συναισθηματική εξέλιξη και με όχημα την ίδια ενέργεια από την οποία γεννιόμαστε. Θέλουμε να εργαστούμε συστηματικά και να προσφέρουμε αυτήν την υπηρεσία στην Ελλάδα και σε όλο τον κόσμο. \nΗ Κάλπιτα και ο Ατίτη ταξιδεύουν και διδάσκουν σε διάφορες χώρες αλλά ζουν και αγαπούν την Ελλάδα. Επιθυμία τους είναι να μοιραστούν και στην Αθήνα\, την ενέργεια τους και τις γνώσεις που στην πράξη είδαν ότι δουλεύουν στην δική τους σχέση. Όταν λοιπόν η Μαρία τους πρότεινε να αναλάβει τον οργανωτικό ρόλο δέχτηκαν με μεγάλη χαρά! Στην πορεία μας τα επόμενα χρόνια θα συνεργαστούμε και με άλλους δασκάλους για να έχουμε μια πλήρη και ολιστική προσέγγιση. Η Μαρία θα είναι ένας από αυτούς τους συνεργάτες και θα αναλάβει κομμάτι\, μέσα στα σεμινάρια\, όπου αναφέρεται στην ψυχοθεραπεία των σχέσεων και τις πεποιθήσεις.  \nΒιογραφικά \nAtithi Brian Schock και Kalpita Victoria Noumta  \nΣτο τέλος του 2009 η Kalpita και ο Atithi συναντήθηκαν στην Ινδία\, στην Πούνα σε ένα σεμινάριο που άλλαξε τη ζωή τους. Σαν ζευγάρι αρχίζουν να ταξιδεύουν και να εκπαιδεύονται ανά τον κόσμο. Μέσα στη σχέση τους ανακαλύπτουν και συνειδητοποιούν πως η πολυετής ενασχόληση του Atithi με το Ταό και της Kalpita με την Τάντρα αλληλοσυμπληρώνονται και το όφελος που προέρχεται από τον συνδυασμό τους ήταν εμφανές στη ζωή τους και τη σχέση τους. Tο 2014 ίδρυσαν το σύστημα Ταό και Τάντρα www.taoandtantra.com και αρχίζουν να διδάσκουν την Ιερή Σεξουαλικότητα στην Αγγλία\, την Αμερική\, τη Ρωσία και στην Ευρώπη\, συμπεριλαμβανομένης της Ελλάδας\, όπου και είναι η βάση τους και η σχολή τους. Διδάσκουν μαζί και ξεχωριστά ο καθένας ομαδικά μεικτά σεμινάρια ή ξεχωριστές ομάδες ανδρών ή γυναικών και ιδιωτικές συνεδρίες είτε σε ζευγάρια είτε σε ανδρες και γυναίκες. Διδάσκουν επίσης σε Osho Festival και Tantra festival \nΠιστεύουν ότι ένα ασφαλές και ιερό περιβάλλον είναι η βάση για προσωπική μεταμόρφωση και πνευματική εξέλιξη. Η Kalpita και ο Atithi έχουν σπουδάσει με διάφορους δασκάλους στην USA\, Ταϊλάνδη\, Ινδία και Ευρώπη και έχουν ολοκληρώσει την τετραετή εκπαίδευση Soul Mate Training για ζευγάρια με την Ma Ananda Sarita. \nΚαλπίτα\, Kalpita Victoria Noumta \nΗ Kalpita είναι δασκάλα της Τάντρα\, επαγγελματίας χορεύτρια\, χορογράφος\, δασκάλα χορού και θεραπεύτρια. Είναι η ιδρύτρια του Dancescape – Χοροχώρος (1999)\, που είναι η σχολή της στην Αθήνα η οποία επικεντρώνεται στην κίνηση\, το χορό\, την συνειδητοποίηση του σώματος\, τεχνικές somatics\, το διαλογισμό και την Τάντρα. Η λαχτάρα της για την αλήθεια και την αυθεντικότητα την οδήγησε στην Ινδία\, όπου ξεκίνησε το ταξίδι της λαμβάνοντας Osho sannyas το 1993. Από τότε έχει εμβαθύνει και εκπαιδευτεί σε διάφορες διαλογιστικές τεχνικές και ολιστικές εναλλακτικές θεραπείες. Χρησιμοποιεί την κίνηση και την συνειδητότητα σε συνδυασμό με την αποδοχή και την αγάπη σαν τα δύο φτερά του αληθινού πνεύματος της Τάντρα. Αγαπά να δουλεύει με ανθρώπους και να παρακολουθεί την μεταμόρφωση τους. Σήμερα διδάσκει εργαστήρια\, δίνει προσωπικές συνεδρίες\, χορογραφεί και συνεχίζει την εξερεύνηση της στην αληθινή\, εκστατική ανθρώπινη φύση. \n\nΑτίτη\, Atithi Brian Schock \nΟ Atithi είναι δάσκαλος της Tantra\, δάσκαλος του Mogadao Qigong και της Γιόγκα. Δίνει προσωπικές συνεδρίες σε άντρες\, σε ζευγάρια και ταϊλανδέζικο μασάζ. Τα τελευταία 2 χρόνια εκπαιδεύεται στην Κινέζικη Ιατρικη. Αφού μελέτησε Τσι κόνγκ και Γιόγκα για πολλά χρόνια στις Η.Π.Α.\, ξεκίνησε ένα ταξίδι στην Ευρώπη\, τη Βόρεια Αφρική\, την Ινδία\, το Νεπάλ και την Ταϊλάνδη για να βελτιώσει και να ενσωματώσει τις γνώσεις και την εμπειρία του. Κατά τη διάρκεια του ταξιδιού του\, βίωσε δύο ισχυρές εμπειρίες που αφορούσαν τον διαλογισμό και την κοινότητα\, οι οποίες μετέβαλαν θεμελιωδώς την αντίληψή του και τον ώθησαν να επικεντρώσει εκ νέου τον σκοπό της ζωής του. Ο Atithi διδάσκει ότι η αυτοπαρατήρηση και η πειθαρχημένη ιερή σωματική άσκηση αποτελούν ένα μονοπάτι προς την μεταμόρφωση\, την αυθεντικότητα και την αυτοπεποίθηση. \nΠερισσότερα για τον Atithi στο www.spiritdomeqigong.com \nΜαρία Τελίδου \nΗ Μαρία Τελίδου γεννήθηκε στην Αθήνα το 1971 και είναι καθηγήτρια Φυσικής Αγωγής και Αθλητισμού\, απόφοιτος του Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών. Έχει εργαστεί για 6 χρόνια ως γυμνάστρια στην Ελλάδα και στην Αγγλία. Από το 2000 μέχρι το 2010 χρόνια έζησε μόνιμα στην Ινδία ως εθελόντρια στον μεγάλο πνευματικό και φιλανθρωπικό οργανισμό της Αmma οργανώνοντας οικολογικά προγράμματα και μελετώντας τις Ανατολικές πνευματικές διδασκαλίες. DESCRIPTION:We want to celebrate 10 years of Tao & Tantra with you by offering two\, new workshops to our repertoire!  Is your spirit ready for a new journey? \n\n\n\nTao & Tantra: Horizons \n\n\n\nStanding on top of a mountain one can see far and wide.  In fact\, it is said that from the highest peaks of the Himalayas one can perceive the curvature of the earth.  From that perspective the view is marvelous and the spirit longs to soar great distances.  A horizon\, however\, can only be experienced from far away.  Just like a rainbow\, when you try to close the distance the horizon moves away at the same rate. You never arrive to what you perceive from the distance.  The virtues of a horizon are perspective\, solitude\, vastness\, interconnection\, gratitude and celebration! \n\n\n\nSimilarly\, when we meet someone new\, the heart comes alive with all manner of hopes\, wishes\, fears and even fantasies.  The longing of the spirit for connection makes us crazy!  Sooner or later\, it becomes clear that what one perceives at the beginning of the journey together is never how we feel within the intimacy of relationship.  When the connection deepens it means more togetherness\, more intimacy\, love and romance until it’s enough\, then perhaps\, too much!  If the connection breaks\, we create distance again.  We need time and space to integrate\, to heal and evolve.  When we’re ready to turn around and look back at what happened we have a fresh\, new perspective on our journey.  Closure is also a horizon! DESCRIPTION:We want to celebrate 10 years of Tao & Tantra with you by offering two\, new workshops to our repertoire!  Is your spirit ready for a new journey? \n\n\n\nTao & Tantra: Sacred Union\, 22- 24\, August\, 2025 \n\n\n\nSacred union is a term used in Tantra to describe the pinnacle moment of the merging of the divine forces of Shiva & Shakti\, the sacred masculine and feminine principles regarded as the foundation of all interactions in the universe.  The term ‘sacred’ refers to the belief that this moment is inherently transpersonal\, beyond human capability of comprehension and\, therefore ineffable or unable to be spoken about. The term ‘union’ is used in its most fundamental aspect\, namely that there is an experience of life for humans that is ‘consciousness beyond duality’.  Sacred union is therefore a transpersonal experience\, which is incomprehensible\, ineffable consciousness beyond duality. \n\n\n\nThis view\, while not inherently sexual or sensual\, is used in Tantra because the goal of union of the divine feminine and masculine is only\, truly attained within each partner\, simultaneously and spontaneously. Tantric schools taught that because sexuality and sensuality are aspects of our human experience which are so rich with energetic potential they are\, therefore\, capable of attracting our awareness so totally that they act as vehicles to transpersonal experience.  Moreover\, Tantric couples understand that their relationship is a divine vehicle meant to harmonize the universal inner masculine and inner feminine aspects within each partner through the external catalyst of physical attraction and loving connection.  As this happens it sends ripples outward\, affecting those around the couple and\, on a microcosmic level\, the world and the universe. \n\n\n\nWhile these lofty ideals may not be the prerogative of every couple\, it is our hope to inspire and instill this consciousness as an active\, growing seed within those couples who enter this space with us.  \n\n\n\nNote: \n\n\n\n~ This workshop is open to any couple* who sincerely wishes to work toward mutual and personal integrity\, honesty\, connection and intimacy. \n\n\n\n~ Any couple who wishes to join must also complete Tao & Tantra: Horizons (18- 21\, August\, 2025)\, the workshop which immediately precedes Sacred Union. \n\n\n\n~We recommend booking your accommodation as soon as possible.
