DESCRIPTION:This weekend workshop is the introductory phase of our couples process work.This will be a weekend of self and mutual (between partner) exploration and energy cultivation with techniques and meditations taken from both traditions. We will celebrate the differences between feminine and masculine sexual energies by learning techniques and rituals designed to balance the flow of energy within the couple and the individual. We will explore the spiritual potential of our sacred union in a safe and fun environment.\nAntique Taoist Sexual Practices and Ancient Tantric Rituals are both grounded in the understanding that the body is a sacred vessel. In their own unique ways Taoist and Tantric masters researched\, meditated and eventually arrived at the essential truth of the human being as the process of spiritual becoming. Taoist cultivation techniques include various physical and energetic practices\, which purify\, revitalize and heal past traumas at the individual level. \nTantric rituals and meditations nourish and cultivate the relationship with self\, the other and world as the path toward wholeness and unity with the divine. Θα δουλέψουμε με τεχνικές αυτό-εξερεύνησης και αλληλο-εξερεύνησης (μεταξύ του ζευγαριού) και καλλιέργειας της ενέργειας με τεχνικές και διαλογισμούς δανεισμένες και από τις δύο παραδόσεις. Θα γιορτάσουμε τις διαφορές μεταξύ της θηλυκής και αρσενικής σεξουαλικής ενέργειας μαθαίνοντας τεχνικές και τελετουργίες που έχουν σχεδιαστεί για να εξισορροπήσουν τη ροή της ενέργειας τόσο του ζευγαριού όσο και του κάθε ατόμου ξεχωριστά. \nΣτις αρχαίες Ταοϊστικές και Ταντρικές Σεξουαλικές Πρακτικές το Σώμα είναι Ιερό. \nΟι Ταοϊστικές τεχνικές καλλιέργειας της ενέργειας περιλαμβάνουν διάφορες φυσικές και ενεργειακές πρακτικές\, οι οποίες εξαγνίζουν\, αναζωογονούν και θεραπεύουν τραύματα του παρελθόντος. DESCRIPTION:Dear friends\, \nWe continue the introductory Tantra series with the theme of Sensuality. The term sensuality\, comes from ‘senses’\, but in English has the connotation of something that is ‘leading to’ erotic. \nAs humans living in this modern world it is very easy and far too common that we lose touch with our bodies.  We often hear from friends and loved ones that they want to ‘get in shape’ or ‘spend more time outside’.  From the perspective of Sacred Sexuality this is because humanity is increasingly disconnected from its source- the earth\, nature and life which is constantly moving around us. Through vision\, hearing\, taste\, smell and touch we relate to our world. Through this relationship we give AND receive life. Our connection to the world through the use of ALL the senses helps us to be more alive\, connected and whole.This event will showcase techniques and rituals designed to help us return to ourselves… our physical selves.  We will remind ourselves of the longing and desire that is innate in us to experience ourselves\, our world and eventually our lover while embodying our most authentic self. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe event is open to all\, regardless of experience\, whether or not you are single\, in a relationship\, gay\, lesbian\, straight\, young or old.
