Tantric rituals and meditations nourish and cultivate the relationship with self, the other and world as the path toward wholeness and unity with the divine.

Healing Touch Weekend

“Touch precedes consciousness” means that, in a certain sense, healing can begin before the moment of physical contact… and further, even before the intention has risen to the level of the consciousness. From where then does the intention arise?
In this event we are very excited to offer what are likely to be profoundly transformational tools to enliven and enrich your relationship to yourself, your lover or friend and beyond that to your family or professional life.

The weekend may include, but is not limited to…
~ meditations from Vigyan Bhairav Tantra (Book of Secrets)
~ sitting meditation for refining intention
~ tantric partner massage
~ tantric caress meditation
~ taoist self-massage techniques
~ healing qigong exercises
~ partner healing forms

Though the primary sense we’ll be working with is touch we will also explore practices which will enliven the senses of smell, hearing, vision and taste as well as intuition.

This workshop is open to couples and singles interested in creating a foundation for establishing trust and warmth in connection with a partner and accessing a deeper sense of harmony and connection as a basis for healing through lovemaking.

*Note that this event requires an equal number of participants as we will be working in pairs.  It is therefore, recommended to come along with your spouse, lover or a friend whom you feel close to and trust.  Otherwise we will need to find a suitable partner for the event.

Though the style of touch in this event may, at times be intimate, our intention is to create a space of trust and healing. Therefore, touch will not be explicitly sexual in nature.

Kalpita and Atithi are a Tantric couple on the path of Sacred Sexuality. Their complimentary differences as individuals combined with their experience as teachers and as a couple has proven to be a dynamic and sensitive force. Together they have completed Anand Sarita’s Soul Mate Couple’s Training where healing and intimate touch was a constant presence.

Kalpita’s experience as a dance teacher and choreographer for over 25 years along with her participation in many kinds of therapies (Reiki, Prana Healing, Tachyon, Join Release, Holistic Massage to name a few) has given her a unique and intuitive gift for healing touch.

Since 2003 Atithi has been on an increasingly committed spiritual path which has included yoga, qigong, taijichuan, Thai massage, Reiki and most recently Chinese Medicine. Healing touch is part of his daily personal practice and is often a feature in his style of teaching yoga and qigong.

There will be tea breaks and a lunch break.

Atithi and Kalpita (in Oregon for the summer from Greece) have been teaching, living and loving together for many years. Atithi (Brian Schock), a native of Hood River, is a certified Mogadao qigong Guide, yoga teacher and Sacred Sexuality instructor. For the last 25 years Kalpita has been teaching movement, dance, body awareness, somatics, meditation and more recently Tantra. Together they have completed the Soul Mate training for couples with Ma Ananda Sarita of Osho’s Tantra lineage. Their complimentary differences as individuals combined with their experience as teachers and as a couple on the path of Sacred Sexuality has proven to be a dynamic and sensitive force. This weekend workshop is the introductory phase of our couples process work.This will be a weekend of self and mutual (between partner) exploration and energy cultivation with techniques and meditations taken from both traditions. Αυτό το διήμερο σεμινάριο είναι η εισαγωγική φάση της διαδικασίας της εργασίας μας με ζευγάρια. Θα δουλέψουμε με τεχνικές αυτό-εξερεύνησης και αλληλο-εξερεύνησης (μεταξύ του ζευγαριού) και καλλιέργειας της ενέργειας με τεχνικές και διαλογισμούς δανεισμένες και από τις δύο παραδόσεις. Θα γιορτάσουμε τις διαφορές μεταξύ της θηλυκής και αρσενικής σεξουαλικής ενέργειας μαθαίνοντας τεχνικές και τελετουργίες που έχουν σχεδιαστεί για να εξισορροπήσουν τη ροή της ενέργειας τόσο του ζευγαριού όσο και του κάθε ατόμου ξεχωριστά.

Στις αρχαίες Ταοϊστικές και Ταντρικές Σεξουαλικές Πρακτικές το Σώμα είναι Ιερό.

Οι Ταοϊστικές τεχνικές καλλιέργειας της ενέργειας περιλαμβάνουν διάφορες φυσικές και ενεργειακές πρακτικές, οι οποίες εξαγνίζουν, αναζωογονούν και θεραπεύουν τραύματα του παρελθόντος. Οι Ταντρικές πρακτικές και διαλογισμοί τρέφουν και καλλιεργούν τη σχέση με τον εαυτό, τον άλλο και τον κόσμο, σαν το μονοπάτι προς την ολότητα και την ένωση με το θεϊκό.

Σε ένα ασφαλές, γεμάτο αγάπη περιβάλλον, εργαζόμαστε με τις θηλυκές και αρσενικές πολικότητες, με τεχνικές προερχόμενες από πολύτιμες Ταοϊστικές και Ταντρικές παραδόσεις. Εξερευνούμε τεχνικές που πηγάζουν και από τα δύο αυτά μονοπάτια, γειώνοντας ταυτοχρόνως την εμπειρία μας στο φυσικό σώμα καθώς διευρύνουμε το επίπεδο της συνειδητότητάς μας και βιώνουμε την αρμονία και την έκσταση της ένωσης με το Σύμπαν.

Women’s Sacred Sexuality Workshop: Unveiling the Rose Within

Taoism is one of the very few spiritual cosmologies, which has never oppressed feminine traits, female instincts or women in general. In fact, Daoist women have often viewed themselves in some ways superior to men. Energy stagnates if it does not change to its yang (masculine) counterpart but yin (feminine) energy is the source and the destination of the return. “Know the male, but hold to the female” comes from Lao Tzu, in the seminal text of Daoism. One might even argue that the Tao Te Ching is a “chthonic”, and therefore feminine text.

Pleasure is a doorway to the eternal and women’s bodies are finely tuned instruments of pleasure. If we understand that pleasure is born from the truth of oneself as both free to experience any and all sensation that may arise, and, at the same time, connected to the world (one’s pleasure being a part of the whole world’s pleasure) we come closer to ecstasy.

It is with these statements that you are invited to a workshop designed to expand your perception of intimacy with your most trusted partner, lover and adorer… yourself.
